Introduction to our online courses. Fritz Macasa Consulting Inc. offers a range of online courses, available for purchase on our site (online course). The description of each online course is available on the product page. Please confirm that the online course that you have selected meets your requirements. Our online courses may be available live or on-demand, meaning you can view the content available through the online course (content) at any time. There are no refunds once purchase has been made.
Online Class Fee. Unless otherwise stated on the Website, you must pay Fritz Macasa Consulting Inc the Online Class Fee before the Services are provided unless the Coach offers you a payment plan, in which case, provided that you pay according to the terms of such payment plan, the Services will be provided. You represent and warrant that any information you provide the Coach to make any payment is true and complete, and that you are authorized to use that payment method.
Payment Plan. The terms of any payment plan will be made available on the Website, including the amount of each payment and its frequency. In the event you have not made any payment within seven days of the scheduled payment instalment, you agree that Fritz Macasa Consulting Inc. may suspend your access to the Services until the remainder of the Online Class Fee has been paid.
Non-Refundable. Any payments, or any deposits paid for any Services, are not refundable absent default by Fritz Macasa Consulting Inc.
Taxes. You are responsible for payment of any taxes that the Coach is required to charge you in respect of the Services. Except as required by law, you will make all payments to Fritz Macasa Consulting Inc. without reduction for withholding taxes.
Community Guidelines. You agree to follow all Community Guidelines when accessing the Services, as outlined inside the Terms of Service.
Understanding the risks. You accept that the activity and participation in live and online hypnosis and nervous system courses and trainings involves inherent hazards and potential risks. The hazards include negative feelings, exhaustion, feelings of unease, loss of sleep, negative thoughts. While these concerns are rare, and all safety precautions are adhered to by the Coach, they can occur.
These hazards could result in serious health issues. You are aware that participating in the NeuroSync Hypnotic Questioning Training, Free Flowing Hypnosis Training, Bulletproof Nervous System, Advanced Conversational Hypnosis Training, and all of the Nervous System and Hypnosis Workshops could be hazardous if they’re not conducted with care, control, and responsibility of each student and participant.
Health and medication. You understand that it is your responsibility to be aware of any health or other conditions that may affect the safety and enjoyment of yourself and others during the training courses. You also agree to not participate in the demonstrations if your conditions may affect negatively on yourself or other students. You confirm that you will not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol that may impair your ability to participate safely.
You confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in the activities during the training courses. You accept all risks and take full responsibility for yourself and the outcomes of the training courses.
Conditions of participating. You agree to participate with care and obey the rules set out by the Coach and the instructions given by its staff. You accept that if you don’t adhere to the rules and instructions, or if you act dangerously, the Coach and their staff may remove you from the training course without a refund.
No Guarantees. Fritz Macasa Consulting Inc. can not and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Any financial numbers or results referenced here, or on any of our sites, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average results, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Use caution and always consult your physician, psychiatrist, accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a health, lifestyle change, business or finances.
You acknowledge and agree that: we are not accredited by any governing body, nor are we a registered training organisation and any outcome of taking part in an online course will not be considered a qualification, including any certification we provide to you; our online courses are available for purchase worldwide; however, we do not warrant or represent that the content will comply with laws in the country you live and/or operate your business; we do not guarantee any particular outcome or benefit as a result of participating in the online course; and it is your responsibility to comply with all laws applicable to you, and you are solely responsible for the outcomes resulting from any implementation of the content or learnings from the online course, when dealing with your clients.
